At Premium Bidet, we are committed to ensuring the highest product quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. All items include a manufacturer's warranty, and you can contact us for specific warranty details.
What if my product is damaged?
Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there might be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@premiumbidet.com, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically within 7 business day.
