Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with us, so we’ve simplified our return and refund process.
Return Time Frame:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days have passed.
Shipping Cost:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll facilitate the return process at no additional cost to you. Once we inspect and verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the initial shipping cost.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days to send it back. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the item, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any shipping fees.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us at support@premiumbidet.com.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, depending on the circumstances.
