Most shipments are handled by our third-party freight carriers using large 18-wheelers. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct so we can reach you.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email confirms that we have received your order and that your credit card payment has been approved. Your card will only be charged once the item has been shipped, unless the item is backordered and needs to be held for you.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage — including damage to the box — note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
If you're unable to inspect the contents during delivery but suspect possible damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, email clear photos to support@premiumbidet.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 7 business days.
