The TOTO C5 WASHLET® provides full control over your comfort with five temperature settings for the heated seat and air dryer, and five water pressure settings for a personalized cleanse. Most shipments are handled by our third-party freight carriers using large 18-wheelers. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct so we can reach you.

Your card will only be charged once the item has been shipped, unless the item is backordered and needs to be held for you.

Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there might be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@premiumbidet.com, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically within 7 business day.
