Installation & Compatibility
Quick fit: Floor-mounted one-piece install; plan 60–90 minutes for experienced DIYers.
What you need: adjustable wrench, flat screwdriver, level, wax ring or seal, supply line, and a nearby 120 V GFCI outlet.
Quick steps:
- Shut off water, drain and remove existing toilet.
- Set new wax ring and position bowl over flange bolts.
- Secure skirted bowl, connect fresh water and smart functions.
- Plug into GFCI outlet, pair remote, test auto lid/flush and bidet features.
- Apply finishing caps/caulk; confirm no leaks and proper operation.
Compatibility: Elongated integrated unit; standard 12" rough-in typical. Requires cold-water supply and 120 V outlet.

At Premium Bidet, we process orders within 1 to 2 days. Please keep in mind that the order cut-off time is 6 p.m.; any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Details:
- Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200.
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $200.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not available.
Most shipments are handled by our third-party freight carriers using large 18-wheelers. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct so we can reach you.

What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage — including damage to the box — note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
If you're unable to inspect the contents during delivery but suspect possible damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, email clear photos to support@premiumbidet.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 7 business days.
