At Premium Bidet, we process orders within 1 to 2 days. Please keep in mind that the order cut-off time is 6 p.m.; any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Details:
- Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200.
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $200.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not available.
Most shipments are handled by our third-party freight carriers using large 18-wheelers. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct so we can reach you.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email confirms that we have received your order and that your credit card payment has been approved. Your card will only be charged once the item has been shipped, unless the item is backordered and needs to be held for you.

What if my product is damaged?
Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there might be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@premiumbidet.com, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically within 7 business day.
