At Premium Bidet, we process orders within 1 to 2 days. Please keep in mind that the order cut-off time is 6 p.m.; any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Details:
- Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200.
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $200.
- Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States; international shipping is not available.

What if my product is damaged?
Please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you are unable to open the package during delivery but suspect there might be damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@premiumbidet.com, and we will arrange for an immediate replacement or refund, typically within 7 business day.

The shipment went smoothly no issues! Received on time he only hiccups was their was no option to select the finish face plate! Had to order it separately for an additional cost! The rough-in installation went according to instructions. The final install of the toilet will come in a later date!
