TOTO Washlet Installation Requirements

Installing a TOTO Washlet is straightforward and similar to replacing your toilet seat. With just a few tools and simple steps, you can enjoy the advanced features and benefits of your Washlet in no time.

Requirements

• Tools Needed: Wrench, Phillips-head screwdriver, Flat-head screwdriver
• Electrical Outlet: A 120V GFCI outlet within 3 feet of the toilet is required. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes.
• Water Supply: Turn off your water supply and flush your toilet before beginning installation.

Installation Steps

1. Remove your existing toilet seat.
2. Attach the Washlet mounting plate to your toilet bowl.
3. Slide the Washlet unit onto the mounting plate until it clicks.
4. Connect the water supply hose to the Washlet.
5. Plug the Washlet into the GFCI electrical outlet.
