Installation & Compatibility
Standard fit: Floor-mounted, tankless smart toilet with 12″ rough-in. Requires cold-water supply and a nearby AC 120 V, 60 Hz outlet (GFCI recommended).
What you need: adjustable wrench, screwdriver, level, wax ring, supply line, and access to a grounded outlet.
Quick steps:
- Shut off water, remove existing toilet, and clean the flange.
- Set wax ring, place Avancer, level and secure mounting hardware.
- Connect water, plug into 120 V outlet, and check for leaks.
- Pair remote, test foot-sensor & off-seat flush, set user presets.
Compatibility: Elongated bowl; confirm rough-in and clearance before purchase.
